Sweedish Bread - Hallakaka

hi just wondered if anyone has made this bread.

I bought some and to my surprise my daughter can have it because if didn't contain any dairy or soya.  I'm trying to make it at home but so far all my net searches have come up with recipes containing dairy.  Also in the recipes I've found it doesn't call for yeast but uses raising agents...I'm assuming like baking soda...

In the ingredients of the bread I bought it has yeast and also some other raising agents...I would like to adapt it.

If anyone has any tips or ideas they would be most welcome..thanks!
