Although I'm an American, I've been in ZA for a little more than a year.  There are a few other South African bakers who show up here from time to time, too.


There was a discussion a while back about Cape Seeded Loaf.  If you have an honest to goodness South African recipe for it, people would be interested to know.  For that matter, I'm still looking for a recipe for melktert.

I have a few recipes on Milktarts and can also give you an website thats totally South African Traditional recipes in English...lol.Are we allowed to post info like that here?
