Where can I buy some quality baking tools such as a bread scoring tool, hand scrapers & peels?

Google is your friend, here is a local company for you, they have peels, and scrapers. Practice scoring with a knife

Most larger cities have restaurant supply stores that stock stuff you didn't know you really wanted until you bump into it or it falls off the shelf into your hands. Leave your Visa card and check book at home. Don't carry more cash than you can reasonably afford to spend. These places can be hazardous to your financial health.
