Help with cold rise Fridge died last night
So i made pizza dough yesterday at 3 pm it went right into the fridge for a cold rise . My fridge usually stays 34 ish. I woke up this morning and the cooling system is not working properly so my dough started to rise more than I intended. Should it be ok or should I bake the product off. It is still cool to the touch and remains on the cool side since this morning?
