I am in West Virginia, we operate out of our Basement, selling at farmers markets, and to local restaurants and cafes. I have had bad luck sharing recipes in the past on here, as some people are too critical of my methods. I bake using my senses, not my math skills. I understand that this method is not for everyone, but have found that people hear aren't looking for that.
