Hi, after decades of serious cooking, I finally have the chance to be serious about bread baking. Among other things, I want to make rye rolls that I can carry along on long bike rides, thus combining two great pleasures! 

This site is very impressive for its refreshing camaraderie and its solid information. Well done, all!
