After losing the gears on my 2nd KA Pro 600 while making pizza dough over the holidays (and yes, it was well within the advertised specs of the machine), I found all sorts of wonderful reviews on this site for the Electrolux DLX.  It's on its way from Pleasant Hill--should arrive early next week!
