Christmas morning bagels

Nothing is quite a good Christmas morning as fresh bagels with lox. These are ABED bagels.

 Any home fresh baked bread or roll is the best way to start Christmas or any other day.

I always stencil my breads this way and it always keeps till we finish eating the loaf.
