Hi
I amnew here but thought I would submit a pick of my bread that I made this morning with my new kitchen aid 600. It is probably the best suited of breads for this machine so I thought I eould start it off as soon as I tore the paper off of it for my early christmas. I will pos more on it later. I will have more once I taste this bread.
Looks great !!
congrats !
Welcome!
Welcome to TFL, sblock!
Your rye looks wonderful! Post a crumb shot after you've sliced it.
David
here is a crumb pick ands a pick of the polish cottage rye
I did this with my new ka. I promised somebody this bread but am going to possibly conveniently forget since the bread is so good.
Hi david
As you can see the bread was sliced. The question now is what cheeses go with this bread? I had a couple of slices of cheder this morning with the bread. Does ayone on this blog have any ideas what would go with the polish cottage rye or the german suolful farmhouse rye. the farmhouse rye is stronger obviousy and much healthier.

Happy Holidays!

Looks good, sblock
The spice mix in this bread is wonderful, isn't it?
The last time I made it, I decided that I'll try doubling the formula but still only make two loaves, since the loaves are so small.
Oh, and Thomas, the formula is in Leader's Local Breads.

mhh, ...
