Hello from Greer South Carolina

Hi everyone,

I'm original from Argentina and I love everything related to breads and pizzas. My name is Norman and last name is Baker, my father is from England, but I was born and raised in Argentina.  I went to Clemson university and now I'm back in school finishing an associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.

I'm not a master on breads of pizzas but I love to try and keep on trying.  I've been reading a bunch post and watching all the pictures in this site and I can see that everyone here are great bakers.  I hope sometime next year I can do as good as everyone here.  I will be making pizzas and breads and I'll post pictures.  I like to look at recipes and then try variations to see if I can get it better, sometimes it works and sometimes is a disaster.  Anyway, I just wanted to say hi to everyone and look forward to correspond with everyone here.

Norman.

Thank you for your replied.  I worked many years in an Italian Restaurante.  One was Ristorante Bergamo and the other was Trattoria Giorgio, both chefs were from Bergamo.  Anyway, I'm going to be making pizzas this weekend and I'll see if I can post a picture.
