Looking for bread apprenticship/mentor....
I am an artisan baker with a year of professional experience looking to study under one person for a while (abroad or US). I dont have money for expensive classes or college courses. Im just looking for the old school notion of being taken under someones wing and shown the ropes. I travel light and will work cheap. Any help would be much appreciated.

Where are you located?
was in Philly. just moved to Florida.
We're in VA, between DC and Richmond. Would be nice to have an apprentice, but that would be one hell of commute...

Also Metropolitian Bread in Philly was looking a while ago.
I just saw a post from Back Home Bakery who's offering an intership over the summer months...
