Replacing dry milk

Yes. Use regular milk, reducing the water accordingly. So if the recipe calls for 1 cup water and 1/4 cup dry milk, just use 1 cup milk.

In a bakery, being able to purchase and use dry milk is easier and more cost effective, but at home it is a pain. I do this all the time and have never had any problem with it.

non-fat milk

Oh, thank you that makes it clear and easy!
