Hi, I new to the site.

Hi, my name is marsha and I am a bakery production worker. We bake hearth breads but, I mix the doughs for the bread. I am a mom of 1 son and 2 cats. I will be married by September and reception in Sept. I really enjoy what i do for a living and people think I am crazy when I come home and do the same here.

The best bread bowls that I have made where either the sourdough or the french.  Sourdough works well with stews and some soups.
