Hi, been lurking here for a few days!

Hi,

I am happy to be here and am very glad I found this wonderful site for tips and recipes.  I have just started baking bread and wish I would have started years ago.  The simple joy of making something and then smelling it while it bakes and eating it is just unreal.  My husband absolutely loves it too of course, LOL.  I have a loaf in the oven right now and can't wait to try more and more different breads.
