seeking out bakery school

Hi all

I am a silent reader of this wonder blog and have enjoyed reading all the wonderful dialogue and experience of bakers.  I am not really a baker except occasionally bake a simple white loaf which really does not warrant any skills but throw in all measurement of ingredients and throw them in the bread maker.  But come next year, I will be going to Bradenton, a small town in state florida.  I intend to start some artisan bread baking lessons, can anyone advise me on any recommended bakery school in that area.  Thanks and hope to hear from someone .

make sure ask a lot of questions before you sign up , i'm taking an  artisan bread course at a local votech , & they are using 20 & 30 qt mixer ,ovens with build in steam , not much help to a home baker . i did learn how to make donuts & croissants & cakes not something I expected in an  artisan bread course. larry
