I am from a small town in Kansas, I work as a nurse, and help my husband with his new practice on the days I am not working at the hospital.  I love to bake and have just started making bread.  I have my first brioche rising at this very moment. I had to make it twice.... the first attempt was NOT a success.  I am hoping to learn how to make different bread and get some great tips!

baking involves certain skill sets and experience.  it's not 'difficult' - just a little practice is usually all that's needed to succeed.
