Bread Storage
I just started baking fresh bread, for taste and to get away from harmful ingredients of store bought. I am looking for a good bread storage solution that does not involve plastic touching the bread, and is still air tight.
Anyone using something like this that they like?

If you are worried about toxicity, Glad Cling wrap is a low-density polyethelene
and is considered safe. I use it and then place the bread in a freezer bag if I am
refrigerating it. For the counter I store the bread in a plastic bread box the kind
usually seen in KA catalog or other baking/cooking catalogs. Of course this is not air
tight.
