Andronico's markets in SF and Berkeley carry Bob's Red Mill Dark Rye flour, too.  I don't know about the South Bay.

Thanks! Found it at Rainbow. (I wish I had checked out TFL before driving up, I live near an andronicos). But rainbow is awesome, well worth the trip up: they carry fine ground semolina, pumpernickel, dark rye, whole spet, all *sorts* of goodies!
