Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Bread

I decided to bake some bread by adapting some recipes and calling them my own.  Here is a sourdough loaf with 10% rye.  I roasted some garlic and threw in some rosemary, equaling about 30% of the final flour weight.  I didn't get any crumb shots because I gave these away as a gift but did hear that they were delicious.  My slashing could still use some work!

very nice !

Hi,

I'm actually in the initial stages of doing a roasted garlic bread as well, using Hamelman's Roasted garlic Levain as my guide. I thought I'd add some fresh thyme from the garden and see how it works with the garlic. Hope mine turn out as nice as yours did.
