organic bread flour

If you live in the bay area, what is the best source of organic unbleached bread flour, preferably in 25# bags?  I've been using KA bread flour in 5# bags, but it's not organic and is fairly expensive, as I'm going through it fast.   Thanks for any suggestions.

I'd love to try out a new flour!

Yessiree--there's a great source, Central Milling in Petaluma.  Here's the website:  http://www.centralmilling.com/.  They will definitely have the 25-lb. bags.  I've bought their Artisan Bakers Craft plus flour and their type 85 malted (high extraction) flour--organic and wonderful.  The Giusto family partly (maybe wholly by now, I don't know) owns the milling company, which is in Logan, Utah.  I felt so lucky that Nicky Giusto agreed to meet with me and took the time to explain their flours and business.  Great place and wonderful people!

Thanks so much, I live near Petaluma, so will definitely go there and pick up some flour.   I've been using Guisto AP flour sold in Costco for non-bread baking and really like it, so it's great to know about Central Milling!

Hi gingk,

Somewhere I heard that the Giusto AP flour is no longer made by the Guisto family, as they sold the company several years ago.  My local health food store, Community Market in Santa Rosa, sells the Giusto flour in the bulk bins, and I've used it.  But the Central Milling flour is a "horse of a different color."  I'm using the type 85 malted high extraction in place of whole wheat right now in Hamelman's Vermont sourdough with multi grain, and I used it last week in Glezer's rendition of Thom's country loaf--great results that time and I'm hoping for the same this time around.
