Hello from Canada


Hi there,

Glad to find this forum. Looks excellent. Have made bread in the past, but not in a very focused way.

Extremely avid all-grain homebrewer for two years. I brew ales regularly and have a growing interest in all kinds of zymurgy - cheese-making, bread-making, cider-making, etc.

Here to learn from your collective wisdom. Homebrewing fora have been a MAJOR part of improving my brewing. Very keen to including bread-making as a new hobby.

Bread and beer have much in common.  Some of your brewing skills will be very translatable, others not so much.  I'd suggest you click on the Handbook link at the top of the page; lots of good information in a condensed format there.
