I am not related to these people at all but has a program that you can cut and paste a recipe into and it will tell you carbs etc.  I would guess that its not a perfect conversion but its pretty good and very handy

Thanks for this daughter has Type 1 and I often have to manually look up and calculate the carbs for each ingredient and divide by the number of servings..looks like you have to purchase the software - I was hoping it was a calculation you could do on line...Thanks for posting!
