New England & NY State and City : Looking for Bakery or Manufacture of Hoagie Rolls

Please be honest in your replies.

I simply can't find decent, well not just decent, but tops in Grinder , Hoagie or Hero Rolls

Best ever had were in the early sixties in Springfield MA at Mercolino's Bakery. I travel and cover the above areas frequent.

Costanzo's Bakery Buffalo, NY

Costanzo's Bakery Buffalo, NY -- they have begun shipping nationwide so not sure if that has changed the quality but they were alwys the best when I lived there
