Lets get serious. There have been many discussions on here about starting a bakery, An endeavor that need more thought than "Go for it"
There are lots of helpful people here that have done just that.
The first thing you will need is to understand that it doesn't matter how good a baker you are if you cant run the business end of it.
It takes a lot of money for start-up costs and to keep operational while your building your client base. Can your business survive a year in the red?
I did a quick search on here on TFL, I suggest you do some reading and come back with more specific questions.
