Cool break with family
This was so much fun! My daughter drove us up to Laguna from San Diego and my son came in from Vegas. No baking this weekend! A great get together at my daughter's beach house. The three oldest are my daughters and SIL's children and the youngest my granddaughter is my son's and DIL's. They often visit from Vegas. I was also able to see Chapman College. It's not to far from Laguna. My oldest granddaughter starts there this Aug. What a lovely area and not to far from home.

Looks like a good time was had by all. What terrific photos. Thanks for sharing. I spent a lot of time in California in my younger days. I love California beaches, and California vineyards and wines, and California restaurants, and California......... Yep! I love it all,.

That's a beautiful part of California and it looks sooo cool compared to the sweltering mid-Atlantic just now. Sounds like a great reunion.

Growing up in the desert I can appreciate CA weather. We had a heat wave here for a few days and so the beaches were busy. It's so fun being around the kids...and being able to talk bread :) They had no escape route and even looked at my blog and made their requests. Lauren is a very good baker and makes a prize of an apple pie.
