I stumbled across this site a while ago, but figured I should register so I can engage in some discussions to better better myself in the world of bread.
Recently, I have become obsessed with eating/making everything from scratch including bread, beer, and other various sauces/condiments, etc. I have been trying to perfect a baguette recipe as of late (going on 6 months now, haha!) and am also looking to create some great sandwich rolls suitable for Italian-style hoagies (my favourite sub). I think I have read this site twenty-times over and love its format, the wonderful pictures everyone submits and the friendly atmosphere. Hopefully I will have as much to contribute as everyone else does! Keep those pictures coming (and I'll start providing my own, once I work out some extra flaws in my baking!)
