Hi I recently picked up a copy of Bread Baker's Apprentice and I am wondering what recipes in the book people have had the best success with?

Many good ones

I like many of them... the Anadama Bread, the Multigrain Bread Extrodinaire, the Pain a L'Ancienne, the Pain de Campaigne (sp?), and the Bagel recipes are the first to come to mind, but I know there are a number of other good ones too.

More faves

I'd add the New York Deli Rye, the basic sourdough and the cinnamon rolls/sticky buns.

My favorite BBA recipe

I'll add the Blue Cheese & Walnut Sourdough Bread (in sourdough variations on p. 235).  PR describes it as his "all-time favorite," so that's reason to try it.
