A productive weekend

I had an all around productive weekend. These three loaves are like three exclamation points on all the productivity; I just wanted to share with those who might appreciate the mixing, waiting, kneading, waiting... and more waiting.


 


Please excuse the poor photo. Starting from the left: Wholewheat and rye sourdough, Hammelman's roasted potato bread, and a Cinnamon/Raisin bread. 


I've already cut into a bagged up the WW. It's something I've been working on for awhile. I'm growing happier with the results...it's not perfect, but it's a long ways from the dry, grassy bricks I used to churn out.

Looks like you are starting a bakery - beatiful loaves for all your hard work and patience.  I can't think of a better way to spend a day.

very nice loaves you would have to be happy with such results with 3 different breads well done
