Focaccia recipes?

Another newbie weighing in......I love the recipes I've seen so far, but wondering if anyone else is interested in foccacia recipes.   Maybe we can trade recipes, as I've developed one that contains flax and oat bran for more fiber, along with Herbes de Provence for that special flavor.   Thanks, and keep baking!

Focaccia - I like them. Do share your recipe.  I just made it a few weeks back using Reinhart's recipe and we all love it,  especially sprinkling it with the spicy herb oil on top.  Check it out at my site.

I love making focaccia, they freeze well and I like to keep two or three types at hand for a quick de-frost. A favourite is rosemary, black pepper and roasted lemon with the obligatory large amount of garlic! I sometimes use a small amount of polenta flour for a different texture and colour. Don't know about you but I do use a lot of olive oil in my recipe.

The base recipe I have adapted is from Ruth Reichl's Gourmet cookbook.  I''m using whole wheat flower and ground flax seed seasoned with Herbes de Provence mixture or my own home blend of rosemary, thyme, basil, and oregano.   Lavender flowers are also quite good sprinkled on top.   Garlic and cold pressed olive oil are de rigeur, and you get more zing with different sea salts.  This recipe is quite dense and chewy, while having a healthier nutritional profile.
