I made them 4oz instead of 3 which were great for sandwiches...

EDIT: and the bagels were awesome....http://yumarama.com/blog/46/sourdough-bagels-recipe/

Hi jcamador,

I'm English and those muffins look, well kind of muffiny to me! Good job. What were they like inside?  Kind regards,  Daisy_A

hi Daisy_A..thanks! I knew I forgot something...the crumb shot! Anyway, these were really good. The inside was airy and moist...it had some sweetness and some sour. They were not dense at all, but very light and tasty. Very good with butter, jam, or as a sandwich...and easy to make as well. Happy baking!

These look terrific!  I tried to link to the bagel recipe without success, so I did a search and found it here: http://yumarama.com/blog/2345/bagels-yes-again-a-mellowbakers-bread/#more-2345
