loaf problems...

sometimes the loaves don't rise correctly and have several rough splits on top...and aren't worth keeping

I see you have been a member for 3 years hank dearborn. Are you looking for help understanding why the breads don't rise as expected and split? If you will share what kind of bread you are talking about and a little bit about the process you use, I'm sure someone can help.
