Hello from another Florida guy trying to avoid "Burnt Offerings"
Hello from west central Florida. I am what one might call a novice "dabbler" in the art of bread making. I've made a few loaves of basic bread and even tried a rye to see if I could do it. They weren't bad but not what I'd call good examples of artisan bread making...:-P...I noticed a post from a member discussing cutting of their Fibrament stone and decided I had to join to ask him a few questions...now I'll stick around and pick all of the members brains for tips and advice...Thanks for allowing me to join in...Darryl
