Bread-making workshop
Hi,
I'm looking for a 1-2week bread-making workshop in Taiwan, anyone has recommendation?
I hope it'll be fully hands-on so that I could learn from scratch!
Thank you!

If you can read/write chinese, you might want to look at this blog: "do what I like"...Florence has a few links to chinese blogs based in Taiwan...you can read thru them or write to some of them and ask.. good luck!
Thank you so much!
I found her blog, will write to her!
Hello and thanks for the tips re Florence's blog. I checked out her website but can't seem to be able to contact her. Pls let me know if you're successful. I'm slso from HK and like her, have more interest in baking than cooking a meal although I do try to learn...many thanks.
hi ; )
I found her blog, which lead me to other blogs in Taiwan, which in turn, was what I was looking for. I didn't get in touch with Florence. I don't think she left her contact details on her blog. But if you wish to get in touch with her, perhaps you might go to her latest input, 'comment' on it, leave your contact details and request for a reply from her, she may just get in touch with you?

Florence used to answer emails and was more active at her blogs months ago...as you can see from her blog...her posts are rare and far apart nowadays.
Another site that might help...kitchencapers.net...most posters at the forum are from Singapore and Malaysia but very helpful
Thank you nan and rts306 for the info re Florence. I think I may check out kitchencapers.net for info on culinary schools in Sing. which may be cheaper as opposed to travelling to Europe for the lessons.
