Does anyone know where to find a Pullman Pan in Australia?
If not Australia, a trusted supplier that ships to Australia?

 Not sure if they ship to Australia, but King Arthur is a trusted supplier.

I dont know what part of AUS you are from, there is a company called Reedy in NSW that supply all sorts of equipement for baking, another is MBL (master butchers limited or on the internet home baker will ship all over aus)
