Hi,


I am trying to make the pork floss roll with spring onion. I've tried to make this according to the recipes. Unfortunately when I tried to roll the bread, it kept breaking and cracking......any good and helpful suggestion?  Thank you.

Pork floss dough (if you're not using the spring roll wrappers) should be firm but supple.  I wonder if you might not have enough hydration in your dough formula.  Without a complete outline of your ingredients it's difficult to analyze your problem.
