Help with hydration levels
HI All. On 4/26 I began the starter from PR Artisan Breads Every Day. Can anyone tell me the hydration level of this starter? I feel I can make the breads in his book, but many other recipes call for a starter of a specific %. I also took some of his starter and have been feeding it 1:2:2...what would be the hydration level of this starter? Both appear to be happy and bubbly...which makes ME happy and bubbly!!! Did I mention that math was not my best subject in school??? Any help with these questions will be greatly appreciated...now on to baking!!!
