A new home!

Hello all!


Have baked basic bread on and off for many years, nurtured sourdoughs, experimented a bit, but have recently decided that it was time to crank things up.  My initial search brought me to you just a couple days ago, yet I have spent most of my online time this weekend reading through your posts and drooling over your photos (while waiting for my yeast to do their work)!  Lots of new ideas to try out, and I feel that I have barely touched the surface!  Expect me to lurk for a while, but will contribute eventually...

Thanks!  The mold reference is more of a cheese matter, though now that you mention it, that is what shut down my sourdough culture, albeit after a good long haul.
