what would you make with a double batch of no-knead (ABin5) dough?

Hi, I have had this dough in the fridge for about a week now and would love some ideas regarding what to make with it. Appreciate any feedback

This weekend I used some as pate fermnente for a batch of mini-baguettes,  It worked fine.

It really does make a decent crust.  In fact, that's about all I use the recipe for now, especially when I'm in a hurry or just feel like some spontaneous pizza.  I almost always have it on hand just for that.
