I've been a big fan of 'The Fresh Loaf' for a long time now, coming here often to look up answers to my many baking questions, never disappointed with the information I find. I taught myself to bake about two years ago, and without really having somebody to show me the ropes in person, this site proved a worthy surrogate. So anyway, yeah, I just want to say thanks to everybody who had a hand in fostering this pleasantly debilitating obsession with bread. You don't know who you are, but your advice has been much appreciated. Thanks! Chris
