Is there a different beween Bakery Pan liner and Parchment paper?

Is there a difference between Bakery Pan Liners and Parchment paper??  I am using Qualite Bakery Pan Liners and it makes the cook flat on one side.  I bought them at Resturant Depot.

Do you know what your liners are made of?

My cookies are always flat on the bottom.  What are you making?

Not the Same

Bakery pan lliners are typiclly made of a fibrous material like cellulose.  Although they do about the same job, perhaps even better, they are not the same as parchment paper.

I guess I don't understand what you mean by "it makes the cook  (cookie?) flat on one side." so I won't go there.
