Great mouth-watering video. He sure pushed caramelizing the crust to the edge on that one round!

Some handsome loaves there, no doubt about it! And yeah, he pushed me to my "charcoal-crust" edge with the one that looked more like meteor rock than bread ;)

SCRATCHbread needs a helping hand

Yes, I agree, it's a great video. The Focaccia dough looked awesome.

Now it seems SCRATCHbread needs some help. Have a look at Matts website and read about his vision at Kickstarters. I think it's a project that deserves to get a kickstart, and I never even tasted his bread!
