Flat Bread Recipe
I have searched the entire internet (I think) ha ha , I am looking for a recipe for a flat bread , similar to Taco Bell's Gordita bread , I was wondering if anyone here knows where I might find a recipe , or even have one .

There is a good recipe on the King Arthur Flour website called Soft Wrap Bread. I have made them several times.

I've been making a lot of different flatbreads lately; mostly wholemeal chapattis and white-flour parathas to go with our favorite vegetarian dishes, a couple of times a week. (We do eat meat, though)
I'm searching for variations, however...more "middle-eastern" than "south-Asian" style for other vegetarian delights to go with tabouleh, hommus, bab' ganouj etc...I'd not come across these particular 'wraps' before. They look great. MORE things on the "to-do" list. Oh, well...I'm very happy. Thanks, folks!
