I would love to get a really good recipe for Hot Cross buns.  What do you really like about this recipe?

Hi!

I put this post together a couple of months or so ago.

Tried and tested over a good few years now, my students love making them.

I made a batch of 96 on the Weds before we broke up for Easter.   They sold out in 10 minutes in the College building's Bistro.
