Hello. Just wanted to know if anyone has experience baking with Bakers Five Roses enriched flour? I saw a 20 kg bag for cheap and am contemplating buying. What are your impressions of it?
I tried smaller, 5 lb. bag, although I am not 100% certain it is exactly the same flour - 45 lb. bag says bleached. Anyway, the flour I tried was so weak and had such poor water retention, that I ended up using it for pancakes and such.
