My first sourdough loaf

I made my first loaf with my sourdough starter yesterday. It is delicious and wonderfully sour. I'm am very glad I found this site I couldn't have done it without all the great info this site contains.

That looks much better than my first attempt at sourdough, well done!


What recipe did you use?

I used the basic no knead recipe from AB bread in 5 mins a day and replaced the yeast with 1 cup starter and reduced the flour and water by 3/4 cups each. I also did a streach and fold before shaping.
