Hello from Northwest Ohio

Finnaly started baking real bread a year ago & I hope to bake many more. Its nice to see there are lots of others who dream to be the village baker. I hope to make the jump from aircraft mechanic to small town bakery in 2 or 3 years. For now I'll bake & share.
