Purchasing Liquid Levain
I tried making my first batch of liquid levain but it was a disaster and ended up in the sink. Can you buy this ingredient?

I tried making my first batch of liquid levain but it was a disaster and ended up in the sink. Can you buy this ingredient?
Some sell sourdough (levain) in dried form, King Arthur Flour sells it fresh.
With the dried form, you'll have to activate it and the fresh sourdough will have to be fed and refreshed.
Whose instructions did you follow for your failed liquid levain?
