Dairy-free Saffron Buns

I modified the recipe from this site: I used a combination of soy creamer and whole soy milk for the saffron-infused milk, and I used a 100% vegan soy spread in place of butter. They tasted delicious and buttery, no weird taste from the soy. I would make these again and my family agrees.
