liquid / orange juice

I have a lot of extra oranges now and was wondering if I can use oj in sd bread?

Absolutely!

I made two loaves of orange rosemary-parmesan SD sandwich bread just two weeks ago.   Used orange juice to replace water; added some orange rind.  They were very good too!
