Migoya and Kastel sourdough
Here are some photos from my sourdough adventures this weekend - 2 oblongs via Eric Kastel's sourdough recipe from his new book Artisan Breads; and 2 boules from Francisco Migoya's beautiful book The Modern Cafe (sourdough recipe is on p. 121. Both books are must-haves (in my opinion). The bread is delicious BTW. I started both using my Peter Reinhart Mother Starter.
I recommend both books and recipes.
